Course Description

This  two-day course is designed to empower individuals in leadership roles with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to become influential and effective leaders. Participants will explore various aspects of leadership, including self-awareness, communication, power dynamics and effective use of power.

This two-day leadership development workshop aims to help leaders understand and enhance their sources of power, including legitimate, reward, coercive, expert, and referent power. Participants will explore leadership strategies and practical tools for optimizing their influence and fostering a culture of psychological safety.

The course emphasizes the importance of creating a psychologically safe environment within teams, where individuals can excel, learn, and grow. This course is suitable for both emerging and experienced leaders looking to enhance their leadership capabilities

Workshop Leader

Ng Choon Seng is a Professional Facilitator and Leadership Coach. He has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, organization development and coaching & facilitation in service and manufacturing industries as well as the government services and multi-national companies. He had experience leading the learning and development and human resource functions in the hospitality sector, Japanese manufacturing MNC and spearheading Leadership & Organization development in Fortune 500 companies

Choon Seng is one of the first in Singapore to be an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and is the first Singaporean to be certified as an IAF CPF Assessor in 2006 and the first to be recognized as an IAF CPF- MASTER in 2019. He has trained and given feedback to over 2000 facilitators in Singapore and the region. He is also the only Singaporean to be certified by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) as a Certified Master Action Learning Coach.
