Power Of Questions
You can tell whether a man is clever by his answers. You can tell whether a man is wise by his questions.

About
Dr. Michael Marquardt, in his book “Leading with Questions’ said that through questions, leaders seek to learn not only what directly causes the problem or what solutions may work (which is single-loop learning), but also to seek to discover and learn what might be the underlying causes and solutions (double-loop learning) as well as the culture and mindset that create these causes and solutions (triple-loop learning).
Asking the right question is a skill and an art. It requires a mindset shift and constant practice. There needs to be a shift to the inquiring mindset. “The Inquiring Mindset is the habit, curiosity, and courage of asking open-minded questions of ourselves and others “ quote by Dr. Marilee Adams.
