We work with business leaders and their teams to design team interventions to seek mutual understanding and support amongst the team members and with the team leaders. We will spend time with you and the team to understand the context and issues and work collaboratively with you to design and develop the team interventions. When appropriate, we will use various self and team assessments to raise the self and team awareness. Some of the profiles we use may include Emergenetics, Gallops Strengths Finder, MBTI and any other psychometric tool that will support the team.
Team Coaching with Action Learning
If the goal of the team is to both solve a business challenge and learn at the same time, then we will probably use the Action Learning process.
Action Learning is a process that involves a small team working on real problems, taking action, and learning while doing so. It provides a powerful management and collaboration tool that creates dynamic opportunities for individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations to successfully adapt, learn, and innovate.
